Looking for a female roommate to move in in November. A gal who is easy going and mellow, respectful, and a clean roommate. I work from home and spend a good amount of time at the apartment. I do have a medium size dog (50 lbs) - roommate must be okay with dogs. 4 other units in small ‘complex’ – overall quiet area. Great location half a block from the bay and crown point park! Apartment is updated with laminate flooring, stainless steel gas oven and granite counters. Monthly rent $1,550 Average utilities ~$80/month per person (WiFI, Gas & Electric)Onsite laundry.
