2 Bed 2 Bath in PB, great location by Cass St ~5 blocks from the beach.Future tenant would get slightly bigger room shown (unfurnished) with own bathroom (Full shower & bath tub). Mounted TV included in the room. I am easygoing & try to be clean and out of the house a lot, enjoy surfing, golf, going to concerts, watching sports and animals.Work 9-5 and usually am gone on the weekends, outside of that I am usually chilling in my room with my cats, hahaI have 2 ESA registered cats that are very easy and friendly, I clean up after them very well with an automatic litter box, air filter and make sure they stick around my room. They’re great cats though and if you like cats they’ll be some new friends Looking for another chill easy going guy to move in with early July! (7/7).
