HI, I love a home that is calm, tidy, and rejuvenating. I've lived here for 18 years and I love the area. I am allergic to cigarette smoke, so my roommate cannot smoke at all, anywhere. She will be asked to leave immediately if I smell smoke. I'm looking for a longer-term roommate, similar to my values...friendly but not intrusive, smoke and drug free, responsible, considerate, and keeps the common areas tidy. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, set back from the road, but accessible to the heart of Sandy Springs.
