I rent only 3 apartments for B&B use and this is the most challenging, it is an apartment to be divided into two with a second door to open onto the stairs (permission has already been obtained), and with a pocket balcony to open above the bathroom. To be renovated on 2 floors plus a mezzanine in the central area being 11 meters high from floor to roof (already insulated). Feasible roof windows already foreseen given the presence of dormer and windows in the adjoining properties. At the end of the works, two apartments of approximately 120 m2 each will result. The expected investment to be borne by the landlord is approximately €45,000 and will not be returned by the property.
