Rent a room in Peoria

New home built July 1st appliances all new as well. Private room/bathroom and own garage space. This is on the corner of Lake Pleasant and Deer Valley. 10 minutes to Arrowhead Mall area. I will be the only other one living there and will have the master bedroom. Any of the other 4 rooms in this home are available for use.I like to keep the place very clean, nothing laying around where it shouldn't be. I rarely entertain guests I just like the place quiet and private.. Haven't filled out the living room with furniture and a TV on the wall yet. I chose females preferred because I have a girlfriend who has a young daughter that will visit from time to time and it would be more comfortable for them that way. Also, I know how guys can be dirty and smelly and I'm not one of those... so I don't want one in my place either.
