Perfect, amazing home in Kempten (Allgäu)

English: Hello everyone, I‘m offering my room in our shared flat in Kempten city :)
Since I‘ll be in Australia from July till December/January, I‘m looking forward to find someone to lookout after my flat while I‘m gone. The room is fully furnished (except for the tv and electronic devices) and there will be no additional costs (water, gas, electricity and wifi included).
If you want any more pictures of the room (s) or an online tour, please don‘t hesitate to ask me.
German: Servus zusammen, ich vermiete meine Wohnung in Kempten zur Zwischenmiete! Während meines Auslandssemesters in Melbourne stehen meine Zimmer in unserer zweier Wg leer, das heisst die Wohnung ist vom 17.07. bis Ende Dezember/optional auch Januar verfügbar. Das Zimmer ist voll möbiliert (bis auf Fernseher) und alle Kosten sind im Mietpreis inklusive (Gas, Strom, Wasser und Wlan).
