The comfort apartment offers an ideal stay for one or two people in 27 m², this apartment is the only one which has a separate kitchen. It has a large room with wooden parquet as flooring, the apartment is equipped with one double bed, bedside tables and lamps, a larger corner desk with chair, armchair and a TV, which offers full flexibility to the preferences and needs of the tenant. The high-quality wooden furniture creates a cozy and pleasantly homely atmosphere.
The room is flooded with light through the beautiful large windows which allow the sun to come in, this gives the apartments a bright and very spacious atmosphere. Of course, the apartments are equipped with high quality curtains in case you wish to have some privacy. To be able to stow away your belongings, please use the built-in wardrobes in the apartment and feel at home. In addition, it has a modern, embedded heating system in the floor and free very high-quality Wi-Fi.

The apartment has a small entrance area, a modern and well-maintained bathroom and a separate kitchen that is equipped with fridge, and the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay.
In the basement there is a laundry room that can be used jointly. Additional services such as room cleaning, or laundry service could be booked for an additional charge.
We have a minimum rental period of 3 months. Our rental price includes Wi-Fi, bike racks, waste separation and a secure door lock system. The images given are examples of the apartment category to be booked and may differ from the apartment booked.

Check in is possible and free of charge during the working days from 13:00 to 17:00 and check out should be completed in the check out date till 11:00.

The apartments are ideal for commuters, fitters and (foreign) students as well as for those who need short term or long-term living space. The deposit is considered as of one month rent.
The monthly rental price for this apartment stated in the advertisement is designed for one person. If another person wants to move in, an additional fee of (150 EUR) will be charged.
