Rent 1 bedroom apartment of 120 m² in Augsburg

Your beautiful 28 sqm room is part of a 120 sqm shared apartment. There are a total of 4 bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet, guest toilet, living-dining room and a hallway.
The room has two large windows with windowsill, laminate flooring and a balcony. The large windows make the room very bright.
The apartment has been recently renovated. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and everything else you need for life. The washer-dryer is available and can of course be used.
Your room is equipped with an Ikea Hemnes bed (pull-out, area cm), a wardrobe and a desk with a swivel chair.
We do not have a cleaning schedule. However, we do have a cleaning lady who regularly cleans the apartment. The costs for the cleaning lady and cleaning supplies are included in the rent.
Shared apartment life:
We imagine shared apartment life to be like this: we can meet in the kitchen to eat/cook, or sit together in the evening, but everyone is also taken into consideration. That means that when the door is closed, you have peace and quiet.
We are also happy to do other things together, like sports, bike rides, jogging, beer gardens, parties, etc. - but it is not compulsory.
The rent includes all costs for cleaning and cleaning products, cleaning lady, washing and dishwashing liquid, internet, electricity. There are therefore no additional costs for you.

Bei uns wird ab dem 01.02. ein Zimmer frei.
Dein schönes 25 qm großes Zimmer ist Teil einer 120 qm großen WG. Es gibt insgesamt 4 Schlafzimmer, Bad mit WC, Gäste-WC, Wohnküche und Flur.
Das Zimmer hat ein zwei große Fenster, einen Laminatboden und einen Balkon. Durch die große Fenster ist das Zimmer sehr hell.
Die Wohnung wurde frisch saniert. Die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und was man sonst zum Leben braucht ausgestattet. Der Waschtrockner ist vorhanden und kann natürlich mitbenutzt werden.
Dein Zimmer ist mit einem Ikea Hemnes Bett (ausziehbar, Fläche cm), einem Kleiderschrank und einem Schreibtisch mit einem Drehstuhl ausgestattet.
Wir haben keinen Putzplan. Wir haben aber eine Putzfrau wer regelmäßig die Wohnung putzt. Die Kosten für die Putzfrau und Putzmittel sind in der Miete inbegriffen.
WG-Leben:
Das WG-Leben stellen wir uns so vor, dass wir gerne zum Essen/Kochen in der Küche treffen können, oder am Abend mal gemütlich zusammensitzen, aber auch auf jeden Rücksicht genommen wird. Das heißt, wenn die Tür zu ist, hat man auch seine Ruhe.
Gerne können wir auch sonst was zusammen unternehmen, wie Sport, Radtouren, Joggen, Biergarten, Feiern usw. - ist aber keine Pflicht.
