English: Hello dear apartment seekers! We will have a room available from August 1, 2024 (possibly earlier). There are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, a living kitchen and a hallway. Your room has a large window with a windowsill. The room has parquet flooring and is very bright due to the large window. The apartment was recently completely renovated - first occupancy after renovation.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and everything else you need for daily life. The washing machine is available and can, of course, be used together. Your room has a bed (Ikea Hemnes, extendable), 1 wardrobe, and a desk with a chair.
We don't have a cleaning schedule. However, we have a cleaning lady who regularly cleans the apartment. The costs for the cleaning lady and cleaning supplies are included in the rent. All costs for cleaning and cleaning supplies, laundry and dishwashing detergent, internet, are included in the warm rent. Thus, there are no additional costs for you.
