The apartment has a total of 2 separate bedrooms and a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed and dining table. The rooms are each equipped with a 160cm x 200cm box-spring bed, desk and clothes rail.
The kitchen has all the kitchen utensils you need for your stay.
Towels, bath towels, shower gel and warm underfloor heating in winter complete the offer. Cooking, showering, sleeping and feeling at home is our claim!
Since the house is located directly in the city center, there is unfortunately only resident parking in Akademiestraße. We are happy to give you a recommendation where you can best park your car!
