Newly-furnished bedoom features a brand-new "Purple" mattress, down comforter and linens. A large flat-screen TV and a desk are also in the bedroom. Large window opens on both ends, with black-out curtains.The large bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and includes a large soaking tub for your enjoyment. The other bedroom is on the other side of common area, affording some more privacy. There is a 65-inch TV and 2 couches in the living room, which opens up to the (mostly) full-stocked kitchen for use as you desire..You may access the entire home, albeit my bedroom (unless invited, of course), including living room and kitchen and outdoor spaces.I pop in and out during the afternoon and evening for my work, and am generally up later in the evening, although quiet when guests are sleeping.I'm easy-going but make sure my guests are comfortable!(Short-Term Rentals have a higher rate at $500/week)
