The building does not have an elevator, with access to the apartment via a beautiful and sturdy wooden staircase. Don’t forget to appreciate the skylight detail in the building!

The apartment has a washing machine and a drying rack, along with an 80L water heater.
We recommend paying attention to the length of showers to ensure there is enough hot water. Once the tank is empty, the heater will require some time to restore the hot water supply.
