The accommodation
My studio flat has a ground floor of 45m2, it is only a 5 minute walk from Potsdammer Platz; a perfect location. It has a double bed and 2 single beds. It has a kitchen with a pantry which includes cookers, a toaster and an electric jug.
There is a 37" television.
The bathroom has a bath and a shower.
The flat has radiant heating which removes the cold mornings.
Towels and bed linen are included in the price.
There is also a hairdryer and an iron.
Internet is available so you can stay in touch with your guests.
