Rent 3 bedroom house in North Hollywood

Hi future roomie! My name is Taylor. Me and my amazing roommate Marlene are looking to move into a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse in the heart of the North Hollywood Arts District. (I included photos from the listing) The home is spacious, has a balcony, washer and dryer in unit and gets pretty good natural light. I work as a Post-Production Supervisor. I love music, pilates, italian food and reality tv. Marlene is an ABA professional and loves dance, working out and festivals. We usually clean together once a week, love watching shows and occasionally host friends over. Our only rules are no overnight dishes, to give a heads up if you're having any guests and of course to respect each others privacy.
