Hello,Currently three people live here, but we have a housemate moving out at the end of the year.It is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood.One bedroom is used as a shared office space. Shared used of all common areas (office space, living room, backyard, and kitchen) are included. Office space is used on weekdays for remote work by one housemate, but fits two desks and can be shared.There are two possible bedrooms available:Single bedroom 15' x 10' - $1,300/mo. (utilities not included)Bathroom is used as de facto guest bathroom and houses laundry washer/dryer.Master bedroom 25' x 15' - $1,750/mo. (utilities not included)Fully-private bathroom and walk-in closet We are two long-time friends and working professionals (33 yr old male, and 29 yr old female). We are chill, friendly, open-minded people who strongly value our harmonious living environment.We have a well-trained 7 yr. old Siberian Husky named Tofu living with us. Tofu is not friendly with cats. If you have a dog, please inquire.Abundant parking on driveway and in cul-de-sac.Location is 15 min from CSUN and Pierce College Campuses. Utilities are split bi-monthly, evenly on a per-person basis.
