Rent 2 bedroom apartment in San Diego

Female only! Private bedroom and (detached) bathroom, available starting 1/15/25. 1 mile from the beach, 0.5 miles from Mission Bay. You'll only have one other roommate (me). Trying to decide between turning my spare room into a guest room or renting it out to someone, kinda just hoping to find the perfect roommate who will make that decision easy! I'd ideally like to be friends, but will definitely settle for a respectful roommateship. Bonus points if you travel or are away from the house often, I'm the same and it's always nice for each of us to have our own space for periods of times :)
