Respectfully very 420 friendly. Looking for a professional, $1300 per month, split water/garbage/utilities/wifi. Prefer 6 month lease, flexible, we can discuss. You’ll have full use of the place, kitchen is fully equipped! Have a cat, so can’t be allergic. I work from home, so prefer you don't work from home too. Right off the freeway, easy access and oddly, hardly any freeway noise, it's quiet. Large fountain coi pond w/lots of turtles and fish. Facilities are very clean, nice gardening, security guards always around, rec center is exceptionally well kept.
