International/foreign students are welcome.This is a month-to-month-lease. First month rent $925 + $925 security deposit. Total Move In Cost = $/month - Private bedroom and share bathroom. SHARE UTILITIES (about $60-70/month)  , street parking.You have full access to all the appliances including stove, microwave ,dishwasher, Refrigerator in the kitchen, living room.The apartment is close to the 405 and 10 freeways, culver city bus,  big blue bus like #17, #12, to UCLA and Santa Monica College. I  work full timeand go to school part-time. Therefore, i am a very busy person andseldom at home.
