We are renting out a single room in our 4 bedroom house in Brentwood for $1250. The house was built in 2022 and is brand new! This is not for the whole house but ONE room in the house with a shared bathroom with one other tenant.The room is clean and spacious with windows and a door that locks with it's own key. With the room you will also have access to the kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, microwave) and living room. The house is 5 minutes away from Target, Bart, and many restaurants!
