Hello ladies! I'm an ICU nurse looking to rent out a fully furnished room and private bathroom to a female in my cute house. 20/25 min from all major hospitals. Close to 2 freeways. Walkable to a big park. Close to restaurants, groceries, gyms, etc. Big front living room in addition to a family room/kitchen/dining area. Garage parking! You'd have your own more private section of the house with your room/bath close to the garage door entrance. Great sized fenced backyard with hammocks, fire pit, and trampoline:) In a nice quiet neighborhood. Must love dogs as I have 2 cuties who will love you! Available June 21. Rent pro-rated based on date of move in, but $850 /month, utilities not included, $300 deposit, partially refundable upon moveout pending the state of the lodgings. Pro-rated rent and deposit due upon move in. Application and lease signing required. I'm nice and friendly and fun! :) E
