Beautiful furnished bedroom with a queen bed and two nightstands, but can also be emptied if needed. The bedroom has a large walk in closet and full bathroom attached to it. The backyard has a hot tub, gas fire pit, gas grill, and mature fruit trees. There’s a full gym in the garage. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials/gadgets as well as a Breville Barista Espresso machine and Reverse osmosis system for good water. It’s a flat rate of $950 which includes all rent, utilities, internet, and a professional house cleaning once a month. We’re looking for kind and respectful individuals to share our home with. We require a background check that you’re responsible for paying, it’s $32.
