Rent 5 bedroom house in Riverside

Looking for a roommate to take over the master bedroom in our house from Jan '25 through Jul '25. Below are a few pictures of the room. It's pretty spacious, very much recommended to share between two people to save money.As a private room, rent is set at $1000, as well as the deposit. Utilities are not included in the rent, and usually average out to about $75 a month.We are also offering to split the room. This means you'd be sharing the master bed+bathroom space with the current tenant. With this option, rent and deposit would go down to $500. This is our preferred option, so please let us know if you'd be interested! (p. s. the house is currently all-male, but we are open to co-ed) With this option, we can do move-in ASAP also.House has everything you’d need. On-site laundry, multiple fridges and freezers, heating/AC, etc… Walking distance from campus, about a 15 minute walk. Garage is full of club equipment, so driveway parking only. No pets.All other tenants are UCR students with a few of us renewing from last year. All of us on the quieter side (not the partying type). Neighborhood is pretty quiet as well.
