Rent a room in Cedar Park

Property is in a quiet setting conveniently located near many shops, restaurants and gas stations as well as 183 and 620 Lakeline / North Austin area. The apartment is newly updated with new appliances. Room is unfurnished. Price does not include electric but runs quite low.I currently reside here and have for the past 3 years. I am a mature female that works full time. I am quiet when I’m home and I like to cook frequently.I have a small dog that is also quiet and keeps to herself. I have a 14 yr old son that resides with me every other week. I keep the place clean and expect the same. I generally keep to myself but also very social and definitely no drama.
