Hi all! Subletting a spacious SINGLE room this fall in South Berkeley.Located on Blake St. & Dana St. Dates: available Sep. 6th (flexibility around start dates). Room will be cleared of personal items in the pictures. -10-12 minutes walk to campus, 5 min walk to bus stops. -The room is pretty spacious, furnished, and gets a lot of daylight.-Wifi available throughout the apartment-Lots of storage space. -One bathroom and one large kitchen shared.-On site laundry paid by coin or through an app.-Gated parking spot under the building available, though a separate cost-My partner and I live in the other room. We are gone 2/3 of the time due to work commitments, so you almost have the entire place to yourself.Looking for CLEAN, considerate, and responsible person. We like to keep common areas tidy and always clean after ourselves kind of vibe. No smoking. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
