Rent a room in San Jose

Move-in date: January 1st- The room for rent is 11.5 ft x 10.2 ft not including the closet space. It’s enough for two twin beds, but fits best one queen bed.- Quiet and well-maintained gated community - Parking lot with security- Immediate Freeway Access (Right Behind the 680)- 8 minutes from SJSU and downtown San Jose- Across the street from large plazas with Target, Ross, Chipotle, Chase, Cardenas, Starbucks, and more- Newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, floor, walls- Coin-op laundry a few steps away from unit- Community is large with huge trees and grass separating unit buildings.
