Rent a room in Granite Regional Park

Looking for a roommate who is clean and friendly. Me and my partner are college students who also work part time jobs. We have a dog who is super friendly. Unfortunately we can't have anymore dogs but cats are welcome if you're willing to pay the fee. You will have your own Bedroom and Bathroom it will come furnished or unfurnished whatever you prefer! Close to sac state and midtown Sacramento!Disclaimer: we have not yet moved in, move in date is in October and hoping to find a roommate before then!
