Rent a room in Del Mar Heights

Private room and bathroom for rent in a 2bd/2b gated condo community. Brand new windows, wood floors and freshly painted room! Five minute drive to Del Mar beach and walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Would be sharing the condo with myself, a 24 year old scientist (not WFH) and a very sweet 3 year old cat. I’m clean, easy going and friendly and would love to build a friendship with my roommate and explore San Diego! I’m more than happy to coordinate a facetime tour or in person walk through.
