Rent 7 bedroom house in Enterprise

Thank you for stopping in!I live in a beautiful, gated community nestled against the mountains in the Southern Highlands, (The Cove). The house is well kept and quiet. The backyard is very private, offers a beautiful view, seating area, outdoor kitched, putting green, fountain, etc. While there are 7 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, I am only looking to rent a private bedroom and bathroom for $700/month (with a $700 deposit). The room can be unfurnished or furnished for an additional $100.00. You would be sharing the house with myself and a professional female. I am a IT professional, and work from home. When home, I spend most of my time upstairs/in my office.. I enjoy exploring the outdoors/different places and do take off on new adventures in my RV (both long and short). To that end, I am looking for a renter that has a good credit score and does not have a criminal background, (can pass credit and background checks).
