I have a bedroom and restoom (shared with roommate) available for rent with shared new appliances for laundry and cooking. Plenty of room in fridge/pantry for necessities and storage around the house and in detached garage. Large yard for gardening. Plenty of parking on street. Pets are welcome but would like to introduce them to my dog before moving in. In Rialto north of 210 freeway, close to shopping centers 10 minutes from Sierra Lakes. I am a 24 year old male I own the property and have 1 roommate with his dog and my 2 dogs. I am looking for a roommate to help with bills so I can save more. I work a full time job and cook and clean for myself while staying active. Looking for someone with ambition and short term goals that can maintain a standard of cleanliness at the property.
