Rent 2 bedroom apartment in San Diego

**ROOMMATE WANTED!***Hi All! My roommate is moving out on January 1st, so I’m looking for another woman to take her spot. The apartment is in Point Loma, just 10 minutes from OB and Mission Beach, with lots of grocery stores nearby. It’s a 12-month lease, private room and bathroom. Rent is $1000 (not including utilities). I’m a pretty chill roommate! A little about me: I work from home Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM, so I’m home most of the time (you need to be ok with that!) - preferably looking for someone who is out of the home most of the time, so there is a balance). I’m an ambivert who enjoys staying active—I run, hit the gym, swim, dance, and play guitar.What I’m looking for: Someone in their late 20's/early 30's, who’s respectful, quiet, doesn’t bring the party home, keeps the space clean, and has a stable career/job. No pets.**(Please note: The unit includes a washer and dryer located in the bathroom. I am seeking a roommate who is comfortable providing access to their room for laundry purposes)
