Rent a room in Statesville

This is new construction, a new room and a new bathroom. This is a new build home. The room is quite spacious, roughly 12x15 feet, but it’s currently unfinished. The floor is carpeted.There are 2 large windows on one side that provides plenty of natural light, though it currently doesn’t have any blinds or curtains.There’s no furniture yet, so you’ll have the flexibility to furnish it however you prefer. The closet is also a basic structure with a hanging rod but no doors or shelves. There are basic light fixtures installed, but no overhead fan. It’s a comfortable living space together.
