10’x10’ unfurnished room on culdesac in Reseda. Primary use of main bathroom. Shared common areas include living room, kitchen and dining room. Light cooking only. Looking for someone who doesn’t smoke cigarettes or vape. Person must be vaccinated and continue to take precautions. Ideally, you don’t have any pets but love dogs. I run a small dog boarding business out of the back of my home. I spend 85 percent of my time in the back with one to five good dogs on any given day. Only my 12 year old Labrador is allowed in common areas. If you party, do it responsibly and don’t bring it home with you. I like a clean and peaceful environment and looking for same. General housekeeping once a month of common areas included in rent. Looking for someone who is energy and water conscious. This is an older home and needs a gentle touch. There is ample street parking. Only interested in someone who is employed full time outside of the house since I work from home. Room is for one person only. 1/3 utilities, about $85 a month in addition to rent. Lease is month to month. First, last and $300 security. Credit check and references required.
