I have one private room available now for rent, bathroom is shared not private. The rent is $250 per week or $900/month due at the first of each month, deposit is a one time fee of $900 Amenities included are electricity and gas, internet, and use of the washer and dryer for laundry on select days only. There is a lock on the bedroom door, fitness center, pools, and a jacuzzi, business center, volleyball court, and parking available, gated private apartment complex, also within walking distance to Walmart, schools, bus stops and other stores and food places. No couples, smoking I don’t care as long as it’s outside, I have a cat so I will allow maybe one more only if my cat gets along though no other pets, nobody that doesn’t have a job please, and nobody that is going to waste my time please serious inquiries only thank you.
