I have a Large Luxury home in Murphy renting rooms to help with my mortgage. Easy access to  going North or South to Plano/ Richardson,  Frisco/Irving and Downtown Dallas Located in coveted Murphy, TX.  My home is 5 min from Richardson,  15 min from UTD. All utilities paid ( until over $250 then we split) & I PAY ALL Internet/WiFi cable for the house.  Game room,  media room,  and gourmet kitchen.  Tenants have their own fridge/ freezer and use of washer and dryer.  2 covered patios as well with grills and peaceful amenities.  I do have dogs but they are trained and mostly downstairs or in my room, or outside. Community pool with water slides and hot tub and walking trails as we're next to a reserve.
