Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Los Angeles

I have a room available for sublease in a 2-bedroom apartment starting December 1st. The room is set up like a studio with a private entrance (gated porch) and ensuite bathroom (equipped with a bidet). It's a nice garden-style apartment so you would be living in what would normally be a (large) living room while I reside in the back rooms. The room is partially furnished with a full-size table and four chairs, a coffee table, two standing drawers, and a night stand.You would have access to the full bathroom for showering. You'd also have a detached walk-in closet. We'd share the large, open, fully-equipped kitchen (plenty of cabinet space and a pantry). Washer and dryer are included in-unit. Modernized unit in older building so it does not have central AC/heat. There is an overhead ceiling fan and a standing fan but you would need to get a space heater for colder weather. You would also need to be mindful of what can go down sink, shower, and toilet drains. I cover the costs of cleaning products for shared spaces.Rent is $1300 for one person. Security deposit of $1050 plus first month's rent due at signing. $1800/month for a couple with an $1800 deposit due at signing. Water, sewage, and trash included in price. Electricity, gas and internet are not; however, I will cap your contribution to utilities at $90/month (provided you don't drastically increase the monthly usage). No 👶. No pets. No smoking (including weed) in or around the premises. No parties (or overly noisy activities after 10PM). No extended-stay guests or Airbnb.About me: I work in the entertainment industry and run my own business as a videographer/photographer. I'm quiet, tidy, and personable (seeking the same). My schedule can be erratic and when it gets busy, I'm not home a lot.
