Seeking male to rent private room (unfurnished). In Clairemont close to 805 freeway. Rent is $860 due 1st of the month, deposit is $500. Utilities are split amongst roommates, usually $50 a month each.The house has 4 bedrooms total, large backyard, hot tub, and big screen tv. Washing machine and dryer. All shared spaces are fully furnished but you will need your own bed. Plenty of street parking and driveway parking is first come first serve.We are currently 4 roommates age 19-32 quiet but fun, clean and honest roommates who appreciate house rules.
