THE APARTMENT: First floor, first apartment on the left. Fully furnished apartment top to bottom so you don’t have to stress over filling up the place with furniture. Dishes, furniture, fridge, TV, bathroom – all handled. Easy move-in for you. The apartment is a 1 bed, so I will be adjusting the common space to be where I reside and sleep. This is due to the animation industry downturn, so I’m slimming down expenses in the short-term. Street parking. AMENITIES: All bill payments and utilities covered by me, you just pay the flat $1,200 rent. Electricity is included as a flat fee in my rent, so go crazy with it. Pump your A/C 24/7. Have AC and computer and Bluetooth and mini fridge and whatever you want at the same time. Best perk. The place has a pool for the summer (not heated), bbq, coin laundry room near the pool and a pretty active social community in that space if you enjoy that sort of thing. PETS: I have a small ESA dog. He is a very, very friendly 17lb Cocker Spaniel/ Dachshund mix named Parker. He has allergy issues so it is a no-shoe household with shoes left in the front. You’ll see in the pictures. Also, on account of his allergies, no real plants. I have fake ones about to make the space nicer. You:• Dog lover is an absolute must. My dog Parker and his safety is paramount, and he will be saying hello periodically. No other pets in the household—sorry for that one. • Professional 25+. No students. • Clean. I’m not asking for 100% shine all the time, but must be the kind of person that does a full clean pass daily. Please be honest with yourself on this one. • On-time with payments. I pay 3 days before the 1st of each month, to mitigate lateness via a long weekend or other unseen circumstances.• Non-smoker. • LGBTQ friendly ME: • An animation professional hit by the industry downturn. Currently working a few other temp jobs, so cutting costs (hence the roommate).• Swimmer. Spend time dog-dadding.• More extroverted/outgoing. • Will need the space for therapy twice a week.
