New neighborhood, perfect to visit any San Diego beach towns, central to the military bases, or cross the border and enjoy Mexico!!There's a full Rogue gym built in the home! Theres 3 balconies & 2 living rooms with a TV in each so there's plenty of entertainment & space for everyone.We have a a sweet Persian cat & an English bulldog. This room is for one guest only, unless otherwise talked about. This room is completely furnished & has your own private bathroom with a tub. My husband is in the militarylaw enforcement & I'm a life insurance brokerfinancial advisor. He's gone for work til next summer so it's only me living here.We keep our home clean & ask that you do the same. You're more than welcome to use what we have, just be respectful is all we ask.
