Single family home located in a quiet area of Oakton Virginia, 30 minutes from DC (5 minutes from Route 50 and I66). The house backs up onto public park land with a paved path. Private furnished room available with a shared bathroom. Common spaces furnished and utilities included. Plenty of parking available.Both my current roommates and I are in our 20's. Two of us work as firefighters in the DC area on shift work, the third works part time and is a student. The house is kept clean and well maintained. We would love to have another roommate who works in police, fire, EMS, or healthcare. However, anyone clean, respectful, and friendly is welcome! No smoking inside, no pets, no kids.
