New Construction Home! Just a 10 minute drive from Travis Air Force base! The bedroom is furnished with a bed frame, 12 inch memory foam mattress, small desk with shelf, work chair, desk lamp, floor lamp, closet organizer, and mirror. This room has a PRIVATE bathroom. Military personnel or students would be preferred. House was built in 2022. You will have access to the kitchen as well as the laundry room located on the second floor. Central A/C and heating unit is included. Bi-weekly room cleaning and weekly bathroom cleaning is included and covered by us. We would really like to emphasize a clean, respectful, and professional individual. We would like a 6 month or longer lease but terms are negotiable. Strictly no smoking/vaping, pets, or drugs. Security deposit and first and last month rent required before move-in date. Rent is due on the first of each month. We ask that no shoes be worn in the house.
