Rent 3 bedroom house in Surprise

I am retired and do some international traveling several times a year for periods ranging from a few weeks to a few months at a time. I have 3 dogs :)They do not require a lot. There is a big back yard, fenced, with a doggy door.The roomate I need is a person who is willing and able to take care of them when I am not here. The benefit to you is that you have the entire place to yourself when I am not here.I am also gone 2-3 months every summer.Requirements which are non-negotiable are as follows1. No smokers and vapors. It does not matter if you are a smoker and only smoke outside. NO SMOKERS Thank you for understanding2. When I am home, no overnight guests. 3. Someone who is capable of climbing stairs with no problem as I live in a 2 story homeThe above is what comes to mind as I am posting this ad.If you yourself will be going out of town and I am not here, I have a list of pet sitters who will take care of my dogs, no worries.I am an easy going guy who grew up in the 60's with long hair and a few wild times and adventures LOL... so...... I am a liberal....... FYI
