Rent a room in Santa Clara

I have one private bedroom available in a beautiful 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom single family house. You need to share bathroom with two other tenants. Central Air Conditions, Washer, Dryer are all available.Currently there are three young MALE professional living there, they are working in Google, Apple.Since some people are working from home now, in order to give everyone a quiet working environment, I already put acoustic panels on the wall to reduce the sound coming from your neighbors, so enjoy it!Requirements are:1. You must have stable professional job2. You must have good credit score and trackable renting history3. You need to share utilities, internet with all other tenants,4. Do shared bathroom cleaning based on your schedule5. You need to be quiet, clean and responsible6. Absolutely no drinking, drug, marijuana and any bad habit.7. No overnight stay at all except being approved by all8. No pet is allowed.
