Currently looking for women only as roommates! No pets allowed, already two living on property so please keep that in mind. Located in Perris, CA with a Walmart, Stater Bros, Food4Less and many others! Currently there are 4 people living here(3 female and 1 male) + two petsThe room is located upstairs and home is located in a relatively quiet area.The house is equipped with outdoor cameras and security system.Access to kitchen + major appliances(fridge, stove+oven, microwave, dining table), living room with TV, backyard, washer + dryer, and a shared bathroom. Kitchen will also include cabinets for your personal food items/utensils, and fridge space. *Room is furnished, but it is all optional! We are looking for someone CLEAN, QUIET, and RESPECTFUL. We will provide the same back!
