Located near USC, 10 and 110 freeways, this is a 5 bed, 3 bath single family home. Very quiet and private accommodations, there are two rooms to pick from, but only looking for 1 person. Rooms are currently furnished with the basics, but can be emptied if requested. The house will be shared with one older gentleman and occasionally his son. 420 and smoking friendly but only outside. Roomate will have access to all common areas which include: living room, large kitchen, dining room and back and front yards as well as porch area. There are 3 bathrooms. 1 upstairs and 2 down stairs. Use whichever is closest and convenient. There is enough room for two cars in drive way, but street parking is always available. W/D available.
