We are not stingy with the air conditioning as many households tend to be. 😉 $1,400-$1,600/month depending on short term or long term stay…includes WiFi, cable and utilities. 1st and last months rent as a security deposit. There are just 3 of us in the home…My 24 year old son, my husband and myself. My son commutes to college getting his masters degree, while working full time. My husband works long hours, but is retiring soon. We are a loving family that wants someone in the home who is fun, outgoing, lives a healthy lifestyle, has a sense of humor and who is family oriented. LGBTQ Friendly! No smokers. No drug users. Background check is required upon signing. We want someone who is long term…at least a year.
