Downstairs private bedroom with a full bathroom separate from the rest of the house with its own entrance; plus use of the garage for storage and a kitchenette (stove, microwave, mini fridge, toaster oven, bar table, chairs, and table and cabinet are provided). No access to the main house, its kitchen, laundry room (plan on using a laundromat or the small provided portable washer and a drying rack). Will consider laundry privileges once a week for an extra fee. No guests and must have a full-time job outside of the house. No pets. Some furniture can be provided.
