Rent a room in Los Angeles

Hello, looking for a roommate to share a 2 bd 1.5 ba apartment in Brentwood, Los Angeles with my boyfriend and I (starting December) It is a month to month lease. There's a bus stop about a 5 minute walk from the apartment that leads straight to UCLA. Also a 5 minute walk to ralphs and restaurants on Wilshire BIvd. It's a large private room with a closet and attached half bath. The shower is shared. monthly rent ($1400) will be due on the day of move in. Ideal housemate would be someone who is clean and communicative. If you do choose to move out any month, you will need to find a replacement and give a 30 day notice. Please
