Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Corona

For rent is an unfurnished bedroom located on the second floor with a large closet, private bathroom, and shared balcony access. The condominium is a two bed, two bath within a gated community with plenty of parking for yourself and guests. The community has multiple spas, a pool, small gym and BBQ’s. The room is available immediately and first moths rent of $1200 would not be due until December 1st. Also required will be proof of income approximately 2.5x rent, rental application, credit check via Roomies and a security deposit equal to one month’s rent.There is in-unit laundry and other shared spaces would include the living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony. Depending on space requirements, there is also enclosed outdoor storage available. Rent will include wifi, water, sewer and waste. Electricity and gas utilities will be split between us.The community is off of Hidden Valley Pkwy. and N. McKinley St. in Corona and conveniently located near the 15 & 91 freeways. Everything from fast food, restaurants, groceries, convenience stores and gyms are about 10 minutes away.My name is Eric and I’m in my mid-twenties. I have both a full-time and part-time job practicing architecture. Three days out of the week I have to be physically in office and the others I work remote. I visit my family from out of town about once or twice a month so those weekends the place will be all yours. My Fiance is a few months away from completing her masters program at which point she’ll also move in and you can expect her over once or twice a month as well until she moves in.Qualities I’m looking for in a roommate are clean, respectful and communicative.
