This is located in fairfield, ca off air base parkway in the new development homes. I’m renting out my room downstairs. Private room with shared bathroom. Comes fully furnished with bed, night stand, mini fridge, light and dresser drawer. You’ll have full access to kitchen and backyard which comes with a pool, spa and patio. This house is literally a minute away from the mall and all the food and grocery stores. Easy access to freeway as well! I am a single mother, Filipino, Registered Nurse. I have 3 boys living with me part time ages 12,10 and 5.
