Looking for a roommate to take over 3rd room in a spacious (1520 sqft) 3br 2ba top floor condo in Brisbane (in between Bayview/Mission, Daly City, and South San Fransisco).Move in date January 1st 2025, with some flexibility.The room (first pictured w/ green walls) is unfurnished, spacious, has a half wall closet, and balcony windows with lots of natural light! You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other roommate (male). Bathroom has a shower/bathtub combo and sink.Shared spaces incl. fully furnished living room and kitchen. Other features incl. in-unit washer/dryer, counter seating, attached balcony, hall closets for extra storage, and fireplace.You’ll be moving in with two great guys, (37 and 43). Both working professionals with mixed work-from-home and in-office schedules.
